The above information is collected automatically when you either place an order or subscribe to a mailing list or when you make a transaction via Paypal.
When you contact for a commissioned artwork your details are held for a month after it is completed, delivered and accepted after the return time frame.

Legal Regulations require that we collect your Personal Information by Consent (to fulfil an order you have placed ) or Legitimate Interest (if you have subscribed to my mailing list or newsletter.)

Your Personal Information will be shared with delivery couriers which may be:

• Parcelforce
• Royal Mail
• Hermes
• UPS

We will never sell, share or pass on or share any of your information with a third party.

Should you wish to receive marketing emails and news of new works you can sign up through the site and unsubscribe should you wish to do so.

During checkout we have no access to your financial details relating to orders placed on this website. Payment information is transmitted directly to the payment processors servers (Paypal), through which every transaction is encrypted using advanced encryption technology.
